About the artist

 I am from Evergreen, Colorado and my work is inspired by the thousands of mountains and colors unique to my home state. Right now, I am working towards a PhD in Applied Physics  at the University of Washington, Seattle while following my passions of making art and skiing. I love to travel and paint all of the wonderful places that I am so lucky to see!

I have been painting with watercolor since I was 8 years old, most of my work is watercolor on paper. I loves the colors and textures I can achieve with watercolor!

While obtaining her Bachelors of Science in Engineering Physics from the Colorado School of Mines, I became interested in the intersections between physics, complexity science, mathematics, and the way people understand and interpret visual art.
